Why Donate?

Why would you donate to The Seattle LGBTQ Community Center? Because at The Center we do make a difference in people’s lives. Your donations ensure that we can remain a place for those in need to find resources and help them when they need it.

Do you work for a company that matches donations? Not sure? Ask your human resources department and get double the bang for you donation! Do you have friends at work that would like to gather a group donation? If you gather 5 or 10 of your friends and make a collective donation with a matching company donation this adds up fast!  With 10 $25 donations and a match from your company that’s $500. It's easy, just go to www.seattlelgbt.org and click the PayPal DONATE button. Every bit helps.

 

Seattle is home to the second largest LGBTQ population in the country. Let’s show the rest of the country how it’s done. Our community is strong and vital and needs to support the services that support this vibrant and valuable community.

If you know 5 people who will give up a latte for one day and make a donation, you can help The Center. Put your donation where your community is. This is what it takes to keep The Center alive for the Seattle LGBTQ community.
